CREATION

For me the creative process is an ongoing creative experimentation.It is a constant excitement of visual receptors, experiencing strong visualand emotional pleasures, which are immediately embodied into a physical form.In such a fashion, I give freedom to my hands.
I pay great attention to the shape, as well as to the colour of the glaze. It is precisely when working with glaze that a ceramist becomes an alchemist. The most exciting moment in the life of the ceramist is the opening of a furnace. For a ceramist, one of the most exciting moments is when she opens the furnace. Sometimes it is a disappointment, sometimes a quiet joy of expectations meeting expectations,and sometimes a stormy delight of a beauty I didn´t dare to hope for. It gives me great joy, when my objects can transmit the inspiration I had when I was creating them.
Reading books that take me into the past, traveling and having the privilege to see various places, I get inspired by and interpret the traditional motifs and colours of different eras and cultures in a personal way. I hope that the lamps, vases, dishes, interior items, inspired by placesand times will imperatively lighten up your house with warmth, light and inspiration.

Ceramics is an eternal journey. It has no beginning and no end. Let me invite you to share my impressions, invite you to share this path with me.

MY WORK

The endless search for technical accuracy, a balance between simplicity and complexity, hard work on mistakes and success, make the creative work both a dance of confident and uncertain steps. In the end, the ultimate goal of all artistic work is creation. Ultimately, it is a path to the birth of beauty and happiness.
I mainly design and create hand-made, exclusive interior items for homes, and public spaces such as table sets, decorative items, wall decorations and artwork.
I believe that accessories, decorations, and interior items have an inherent power in creating aesthetic value, beauty, and function as a tool for personal expression. Moreover, aesthetics shape individual identity, hence, our society. So, let´s design our homes beautifully, decorate them beautifully and then serve food to our family and friends beautifully!
I approach my clients personal order very carefully, taking into account his or her mood or one’s to whom it is intended, as for example in case of a gift (birthday, wedding). A true “object d´art” should last forever, as should the emotions and intentions of the first holder of the work be forever encompassed and be passed from generation to generation, telling the stories from past.
